Privacy Policy

Landmix ('Service') collects personal data to manage authentication, provide services, and offer customer support:

- Required: Email address, authenticated user ID (Supabase identifier), subscription plan, usage quota, and export history. - Optional: Marketing and product update communication opt-in status.

Collected information is retained for {보관 기간} and destroyed without delay thereafter.

To deliver reliable infrastructure and functionality, we delegate certain data processing tasks to trusted service providers:

- Supabase: User authentication and account identity management. - Paddle (Merchant of Record): Payment processing, subscription billing, invoicing, and tax compliance. - PostHog: Product analytics (in-memory session storage only, no tracking cookies used). - Sentry: Application error and crash reporting. - Cloudflare: Static hosting, global CDN, and privacy-preserving web analytics.

Payload data submitted for site generation (configurations, templates, keyword rows) and generated ZIP archives are stored temporarily for download convenience and recovery.

All export input data and generated ZIP archives are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers 24 hours after completion. Users are responsible for downloading their archives within this timeframe.

We respect your data confidentiality. Project files, keyword groups, and template source code created in the editor are processed only in-memory during export generation and are never stored in any server database or permanent storage.

To prevent accidental work loss, work-in-progress drafts are saved strictly in your browser's local storage (localStorage).

This draft data is never sent to our servers outside of an explicit export request, and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser cache or resetting your project in the editor.

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information at any time.

If you opted in to marketing emails, you can withdraw your consent whenever you wish. You may also request account deletion and the immediate destruction of your account data by contacting customer support.
